The Great Controversy Project

"The Great Controversy should be very widely circulated," wrote Ellen White. "It contains the story of the past, the present, and the future. In its outline of the closing scenes of this earth's history, it bears a powerful testimony in behalf of the truth. I am more anxious to see a wide circulation for this book than for any others I have written; for in The Great Controversy, the last message of warning to the world is given more distinctly than in any of my other books." (Letter 281, 1905)
Convinced of the importance of this book, a layman founded The Great Controversy Project to send copies to as many homes as possible in North America. It is strongly supported by many church leaders.
Every dollar given helps put copies of The Great Controversy in more homes. Books are being delivered in gated communities, locked apartment complexes, prisons, dormitory rooms, mansions, and farm-houses. Everywhere that there is a mailbox, books are being delivered.
Recently a man was badly injured in a farming accident. While being laid up for two weeks, he realized that he had been resisting the Seventh-day Adventist message. He took out a copy of The Great Controversy and read the book from beginning to end. He accepted the Adventist message! Now he asks the Lord to allow him to keep the scar from the accident as a reminder throughout eternity.
To date, over 1,200,000 Great Controversy's have been distributed.
